Position 1: Customer Service Officer I

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer I will be responsible for delivering front-line customer support and banking services, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at the assigned branch.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in the banking or financial sector.

Position 2: Manager – Employee Services Division

Job Summary:
The Manager – Employee Services Division will lead and oversee the Bank’s employee services function, including reward management, employee relations, HR analytics, reporting, and job evaluation. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight to ensure a positive and productive workplace.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

Option 1:

• Master’s Degree (MA/MBA/MSc) in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, including areas such as employee services, reward systems, HR analytics, and job evaluation.
• At least 2 years must be in a supervisory or managerial role.

Option 2:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in the above-mentioned fields.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
