1. E-Learning Specialist
- Job Summary: The E-Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective online learning experiences for bank staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design and a solid understanding of banking operations and compliance requirements through digital platforms.
- Qualification & Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Instructional Design or e-learning within the banking or financial services industry.
- Added Advantages: Master’s degree or professional training certifications; experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring).

2. Content Producer and Graphic Design Officer
- Job Summary: The Content Producer and Graphic Design Officer is responsible for developing, designing, and executing creative content across various digital and print platforms.
