Graduate Trainee

Duty Stations:

• Addis Ababa (All Branches)
• Central District (Wolkite, Werabe, Butajira and its area)
• Central East District (Adama, Asella, Arsi Robe and its area)
• North West District (Bahir Dar, Gonder, Motta, Bichena, Benishangul and its area)
• North District (Mekelle, Shire, Alamata and its area)
• North East District (Dessie, Kombolcha, Logia and its area)
• South East District (Shashamane, Bale, Dilla, Hawassa and its area)
• South West District (Jimma, Tepi, Gambela, Wollega and its area)
• East District (Dire Dawa, Harar, Jigjiga and its area)

Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related fields.

Experience:
Zero year.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants should be first-degree graduates of 2024/2025 only
• CGPA of 2.75 and above for males and 2.5 and above for females
• Exit Exam score of 50 and above or pass
• Age 27 years and below.
• Knowledge of the local area & languages of the respective branch area you are applying for will be advantageous for selection.
• IFB Training certification is advantageous.

Required Skills: Accounting, Account management.
