Wegagen Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions at our Northern Regional Office in Mekelle Town.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Relevant Engineering/Water Supply, Sanitary, Hydraulics, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Additional Skills Required:
- Extensive practical experience mainly in the construction of high-rise buildings.
- Sanitary installation & inspection experience on high-rise buildings is an advantage.
- Additional license or certification may be required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Practical experience with CAD software.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Combination of technical expertise, leadership, and ability to work well with a team.
Term of Employment: Contract Basis

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; OR Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management.
- Four (4) years relevant work experience (COC is mandatory).
