Position: Area Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Increase sales volume and other KPIs in the assigned area to achieve growth targets.
- Implement district sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Oversee the progress and performance of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Assist in presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports to the sales manager.
- Identify emerging markets and assess market shifts, including competitor activities and new product opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring distribution efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales representatives and distributors to achieve sustainable growth and sales targets in alignment with the company’s RTM standards.
- Actively drive sell-out efforts to optimize stock levels and maximize numeric distribution.
- Spend 100% of time in the trade market, ensuring high visibility through customer development and management.
- Submit and adhere to weekly/monthly journey plans.
- Fully engage in and ensure timely completion of promotional activities with necessary documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in sales roles.
- Proven success as a salesperson.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations and team management.
Key Skills:
- Outstanding oral and written communication.
- People management and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Additional Skills:
- Sociability and effective communication.
- Visual communication for marketing and targeting.
