Hijra Bank S.C is seeking qualified and energetic professionals for the following positions:


1. Junior MIS Officer

  • Qualification: BA/BSc in MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related fields (graduates from 2022 or later).
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in query building.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

2. Agency Banking and Alternative Channels Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital financing or a related area. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Digital Financing Officer

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital financing, fintech, or a related area. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

4. Branch Operation Supervisor

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama.

5. Branch Manager

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Six (6) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama.
