1. Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer
Job Summary:
The Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and propose process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding (focus on senior-level recruitment).
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

2. Associate Communications Officer
Job Summary:
The Associate Communications Officer will manage the company’s communication strategies, develop engaging content, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create content for the company’s website, social media, and newsletters.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers.
- Plan and execute promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Build relationships with media outlets and draft press releases.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in communications or public relations.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in content management and social media tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
