1. Senior Banking Business Officer
Place of Work: Aweday
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in banking operations, with at least 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer.
Core Competencies:
- Branch operations
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Experience
- IFB Product Knowledge
- Problem Identification and Solution
Required Skills:
- Sales
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Communication
- Problem-solving
- Language: Knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
- Additional: Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an added advantage.
2. Banking Business Officer I
