Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the finance industry, preferably in customer service.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Required Number: 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
  • Assist in promoting and selling the cooperative’s financial products and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in understanding financial products and services.
