Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: 5 years of banking operation experience, including 2 years as a Senior Officer/Customer Service Manager or equivalent role in branch banking.

Job Summary:
Responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement, and change management at the Bank.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a Junior Change Management Officer.
- Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
3. Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer
Job Summary:
Supports the development of the Bank’s corporate strategy, writes performance reports, and advises on strategic direction changes based on environmental developments.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience:
- 4 years (Master’s Degree) or 6 years (BA Degree) of relevant experience, including 2 years as an Officer in planning and monitoring.
