1. Senior Brand and Marketing Officer
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms (advertisements, packaging, websites, social media).
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments like product development, sales, and customer service.
- Track and assess brand performance KPIs (brand awareness, customer perception, brand equity).
- Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Facilitate brand training for employees, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles.
- Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

2. Communication and Marketing Executive
Job Description:
- Produce high-quality content for social media, advertisements, corporate materials, and events.
- Develop video content with a focus on storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Design and implement communication strategies aligned with Ethiopost’s goals.
- Develop crisis communication strategies and manage communications during challenging situations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the communication team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Communications.
- Over 4 years of experience.
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Junior Visa Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferably in a government office or embassy setting).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic (additional local languages are an asset).
