1. Senior Communication Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MA/BA in Communication & Public Relations, International Relations, Journalism, Foreign Languages, or other relevant fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years for BA holders or 4 years for MA holders in a related role.
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal newsletters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals.
- Draft press releases and manage media relations strategies.
- Prepare speeches and addresses for the CEO and board members.
- Optimize communication channels for efficiency and audience engagement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and communication tools.
- Strong understanding of local and international business practices.
- Goal-oriented, results-driven, and emotionally mature.
- Computer literacy in business applications.

2. Network and Infrastructure Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
Location: Addis Ababa
Technical Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing enterprise networks, firewalls, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in network security, system administration, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with some flexibility for remote work.
- Occasional support outside regular working hours for critical IT operations and system maintenance.
