- Qualification: MSc or BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Experience:

- 2 years as Head of IT Projects Section or equivalent, or
- 7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, or
- 1 year as Manager of IT Projects Division or equivalent, or
- 8 years of relevant experience
- For BSc:
- 3 years as Head of IT Projects Section or equivalent, or
- 11 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, or
- 2 years as Manager of IT Projects Division or equivalent, or
- 12 years of relevant experience
