Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager I will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts). The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence and delivering exemplary customer service to support the Bank’s growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in:
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Or any business-related field
Experience:
📌 Minimum of Six (6) years of banking experience
Technical Competencies:
✅ Understanding of financial products and services
✅ Experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks
✅ Strong knowledge of banking policies, processes, and compliance standards
✅ Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
✅ Project management skills
