Position: Database Associates (Intern)
Type: Paid Internship
Experience: No prior experience required
Ideal Candidates:
- Recent graduates in Computer/Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training for employees at different office locations and construction sites on the system.
- Assist in system troubleshooting and issue reporting.
- Install and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
- Empower users to resolve basic issues independently.
- Ensure accurate data encoding according to established protocols.
- Manage data encoding tasks.
Required Technical Skills:
- Basic IT Support: Installing and troubleshooting software, operating systems, and IT infrastructure (e.g., routers, modems, desktops).
- Issue Reporting & Debugging: Identifying, documenting, and addressing system issues.
- Understanding of SQL and data management.
- Basic Programming Skills: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (a plus).
- Employee Training & Support: Assisting employees in using the system efficiently.
- Strong Communication Skills: Explaining technical issues in simple terms.
Note: This internship could lead to a full-time, permanent position.
