1. Relationship Officer – Tech Industry
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or technical account management within a tech company.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud services, APIs, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for excellent customer service
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in a B2B tech environment (software, fintech, health tech, edtech)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
