SantimPay Financial Solutions S.C. is a leading Ethiopian fintech company specializing in modern payment solutions that empower merchants to accept payments anytime, anywhere. We are currently seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following position:


1. Relationship Officer – Tech Industry

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or technical account management within a tech company.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud services, APIs, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for excellent customer service

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in a B2B tech environment (software, fintech, health tech, edtech)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

Job Location: Addis Ababa
