1️⃣ Position: Branch Manager – Grade C

📍 Place of Work: Dabat Branch
📝 Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the branch to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and business growth.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience
  OR
• BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry
• 2 years in Customer Services Manager Grade B
  OR
• 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A

2️⃣ Position: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B

📍 Place of Work: Dabat Branch
📝 Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage branch accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• 3.5 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position

3️⃣ Position: Senior Customer Service Specialist

📝 Job Purpose:
Deliver superior customer service and support day-to-day banking operations effectively.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields
• 1.5 years of banking experience, with at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist role

4️⃣ Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist

Assist in banking operations and provide front-line services to customers.

🎓 Education & Requirements:

• BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00
• Graduates of 2023 & 2024 G.C.
• No experience required
• Age: ≤ 25
• Exit Exam certificate required
