1. Finance Specialist – P2P Operations
- Location: Addis Ababa
Job Summary:
The Finance Specialist will be responsible for processing payments, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role includes handling employee and supplier reimbursements, improving the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, and adhering to the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and park supplier payments, advances, and employee settlement requests.
- Process petty cash replenishment requests.
- Clear vendor accounts and ensure accurate records for local purchases.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records.
- Print credit memos and WHT receipts and input receipt numbers in SAP.
- Propose and implement improvement ideas for P2P operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ policies.
Skills and Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
