1, Branch Manager II
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager I or in a similar position
- Job Grade: IX
2, Branch Manager III
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experience:
- 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year as a Branch Manager II or in a similar position
- Job Grade: X
3, Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields, or a Diploma (Level IV) with a certificate in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields
- Experience:
- 1 year for BA holders or 4 years for Diploma holders, with at least 2 years as a Secretary II
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, time management, and team coordination skills
- Job Grade: VII
4, Executive Officer, Resources Management
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Educational Background:
- BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields; ACII or LOMA certifications are advantageous
- Experience:
- 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in insurance
- Job Grade: XIV
