Job Description
The Area Admin and Finance Officer will manage the Finance, HR, Procurement, and Logistics teams, supporting CUAMM’s area operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and donor guidelines.
- Collaborating with the Area Manager and the Country Admin in Addis Ababa.
- Planning and implementing administrative and financial procedures.
- Capacity building for all personnel, providing guidance on administrative processes.
- Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a humanitarian aid organization (INGO).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting and experience with Peachtree software.
- Familiarity with AICS-Italian Cooperation financed projects is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Italian language proficiency is an asset.
