Position Overview
The HR and Admin Assistant will provide essential support to DCA Ethiopia’s daily administrative and HR operations. This includes managing HR records, coordinating recruitment processes, handling office logistics, and overseeing resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate staff records and HR databases.
- Coordinate appointments related to recruitment and manage communications with guests and visitors.
- Collaborate with the ProLog team for logistical arrangements (e.g., hotel and flight bookings).
- Oversee office resources and supplies, managing records accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
