1. Branch Manager – Grade 1
- Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Place of Work:
- Chiro Branch (West Harerge), Melkarefu-IFB (East Harerge), Borkena (Dessie), Dawdo (Dessie).
- Additional Information:
- Speaking and writing in Afan-Oromo language is preferable for applicants to Chiro & Melkarefu-IFB branches.
2. Facility Engineer (Mechanical)
- Education & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience (preferably in the banking industry).
- Place of Work: Head Office.
3. Customer Service Officer (CSO) III
- Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in banking operations.
- Applicants must currently work in a financial institution.
- Place of Work: Branches under all districts.
4. Store Keeper I
- Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Supplies Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management.
- Place of Work: Adama District.
