2: Grade 4 Branch Manager
Educational Qualification:
- BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, including:
- 2 years in a supervisory role, or
- 3 years as a senior officer.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Effective marketing and selling skills.
- Team-building and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Having a CII Certification is an advantage.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3: Manager – Reinsurance
Educational Qualification:
- BA or BSc / MA or MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- For BA/BSc holders: Minimum of 10 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience.
- For MA/MSc holders: Minimum of 9 years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience.
- At least:
- 2 years as a section head, or
- 5 years in a supervisory position in reinsurance.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-building capabilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Having a CII Certification is an advantage.
