Position: Branch Manager I

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a bank, including 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, bank policies, regulatory directives, and country laws.
  • Coordinate sales and business development efforts of the branch.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and guide branch operational excellence.
  • Prepare and submit the branch’s annual budget, work plan, and progress reports.
  • Engage with community activities and the local business community to promote the bank’s services.

  • Strong team-building and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.
