Position: Branch Manager I
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a bank, including 1 year as a Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Location: Wolkite
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the branch.
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures, bank policies, regulatory directives, and country laws.
- Coordinate sales and business development efforts of the branch.
- Lead customer service initiatives and guide branch operational excellence.
- Prepare and submit the branch’s annual budget, work plan, and progress reports.
- Engage with community activities and the local business community to promote the bank’s services.

- Strong team-building and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets.
