Job Summary:
Hope for Justice is looking for recent graduates to join the Finance department as Junior Interns. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to the daily operations of a professional finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Support:
- Organize and maintain financial documents.
- Scan financial documents.
- Assist in preparing and filing financial reports for audits.
- Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into the accounting system (Business Central).
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist the finance team in compiling monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Support Finance Team:
- Assist in various departmental tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting or a related field. - Skills:
- Basic understanding of financial principles.
- Proficient in using scanners and electronic devices.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Skills:
Proficiency in written and spoken English, including report writing and presentations.
Working Conditions:
