Position: Customer Support – ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) – Afan Oromo Language

Job Summary:

The Customer Support – ITM role involves advising and assisting customers with Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) services such as account opening, cash deposits, FCY cash/cheque deposits, and cross-selling the Bank’s products. The role ensures compliance with the Bank’s policies, maintains the readiness of ITM equipment, and resolves any technical issues.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of customer care service standards.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Proficient in Bank accounting, procedures, and core banking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues related to ITM operations.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
