Position: Customer Support – ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) – Afan Oromo Language
Job Summary:
The Customer Support – ITM role involves advising and assisting customers with Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) services such as account opening, cash deposits, FCY cash/cheque deposits, and cross-selling the Bank’s products. The role ensures compliance with the Bank’s policies, maintains the readiness of ITM equipment, and resolves any technical issues.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of customer care service standards.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficient in Bank accounting, procedures, and core banking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to resolve technical issues related to ITM operations.
