Role Overview
The Receptionist, reporting directly to the General Service Division Manager, serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role includes professionally managing phone calls, directing them accurately, welcoming clients warmly, and providing a positive experience for all. The Receptionist will interact with both staff and visitors to foster a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Diploma or Technical and Vocational & Training (TVET) Level 10+4 in ICT, Secretarial Sciences & Office Management, or other related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience for Diploma holders.
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders.
Required Skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong Communication Skills
