1. Human Resource Officer
Purpose:
To implement HR strategies and policies, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive work culture to support business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, with at least 1 year as a Junior HR Officer.
2. Senior Human Resource Officer
Purpose:
To effectively implement HR strategies and policies, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as an HR Officer.
