1. Senior Risk, Compliance & Internal Controller

Job Purpose:

Ensure the company complies with all regulations, internal policies, and procedures while controlling potential risks associated with its operations. Stay updated on regulatory changes.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA or MA in Risk Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years for MA, 5 years for BA.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Time management skills

Job Purpose:

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • BSc or MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications in Construction Coordination and Management are preferred.
• Experience:
  • For BSc Degree: 10 years total experience, including 4 years as a Senior Project Coordinator.
  • For MSc Degree: 8 years total experience, including 4 years as a Senior Project Coordinator.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills
